"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I got our septum pierced. The only issue is she didn't tighten mine so when we got home and jumped in the shower my ball fell out. and while asleep it came out entirely and we couldn't get it back in. A different piercer helped re-pierce it without charging me for new jewelry or the piercing itself. It was pretty expensive before the tip our total was $230"

Eddie did an excellent job - added the new stuff exactly how I wanted it, and even cleaned up the line work on the original piece. Looks better than ever.
