"My wife had surgery last week. N our doctor called in med for her pain. N they won't fill bc they said she taking to much ?? Who the hell are they ? Playing doctor w my wife pain. ?? So I be switching ours to another place .poor people attitude s towards customers."

"Always nice. No issues with my scripts. Way better than Kroger pharmacy where the wait is long and they never have scripts on hand or Walgreens where they charge triple the price Walmart charges. I’m very happy with my experience here."

"After countless problems and consistently waiting up to 20 minutes or more in long lines at the Kroger pharmacy in Beavercreek, we moved all of our many meds to the Xenia Walmart pharmacy. After several visits now, I am happy to give them a 5-star review. Staff has been friendly and helpful every time. I haven't had to wait longer than 5 minutes, and the staff has worked through complicated prescription orders more than once. Well worth driving there out of our way...thank you!"

"One of the worst pharmacies I have ever had to deal with. Nearly every single prescription I call in, my patients are told that NOTHING has been called in. So when I tell Jim (I believe that’s who I spoke to) the situation , his response is “well , that’s only an assumption that they are being told that”. Lol . Well sir, if every single patient that uses this pharmacy says the same thing, I’m thinking that assumption is correct . This pharmacy is extremely incompetent & has horrible customer service . I would not recommend using them."

"Again... Pharmacy drive thru was closed, with over an hour BEFORE they were to close at 9. Not answering phones again either. Transferring to another pharmacy. This whole Walmart store is just getting ridiculous. Always trashy, and never have anything in stock."
