"Not really happy with the treatment my Mom got. She got her Covid test which was positive and a prescription for one of the antiviral meds. But they never checked her Blood Pressure or listened to her chest or heart. They took her temp and pulse/ox. That was it. Not very thorough."

"Service is ridiculous!!!!! My 72 year old mother did not get seen because she was 5 minutes late. I called the clinic numerous times and no answer. For her to go to a clinic she is very sick and now having a difficult time trying to get her to go. Did not offer her a next appointment. Said the kiosk automatically cancelled it. Im sure they could manually place an appointment. As I was a previous provider at an urgent care, I find this unacceptable, rude and uncaring. I can only hope this does not happen to more people in the community and the people in this healthcare system can develop empathy and a heart which should be the root of their healthcare service."

"Not happy with the little clinic came in about a sore throat, stuffy nose, and a earache. She said I was fine while looking at my ear she pulled on it so hard I had to tell her to stop and jammed the light plastic thing in my skin in my ear I didn't realize she cut a little of my skin tell the next day when it dryed. She only gave me meds fir the war pain and said I was okay to work the next day I went to work and did not fell good at all to we're they let me go home early thank you boss. And the next morning it was worse and had to go to the emergency room. Getting better thanks to the emergency room. Oh and if you make a appointment let's say 4pm you will be there waiting tell 440pm."

"I absolutely love this clinic. The wait times are kind of long, but you aren't at a fast food drive-thru. Quality takes time and there was only 1 doctor/nurse practitioner and 1 nurse/assistant. I have ASD and some of my mannerisms cause people to treat me like a child, but not here. If you want a doctor that gives out z-packs like Halloween candy. this isn't your place. If you're looking for someone to listen to your concerns and come up with solutions that will actually work than look no further. I had issues unrelated to my initial grievance that were evaluated and addressed. My PCP isn't even that good. No one wants to be sick, but I will definitely be a repeat patient."
