"I used to love Equitas. The service was amazing. However now... It's just not. Multiple appointments canceled after arriving. My Chart keeps sending me from Dayton to Columbus. My afternoon appointment requests become early morning. Suddenly I can't get my medication because My Chart sent it to the wrong Dr... Who isn't my Dr .. Now the pharmacy can't refill it because they messed up. Let's be clear the pharmacy cannot refill my life saving Insulin because they messed up the billing and used my insurance for insulin they never gave me. Hope I don't die?"
