"Levi is a VERY unpleasant pharmacist to deal with. Lacks customer service and presents himself flat out rude, no empathy for his patients at all. I've been going to Kroger pharmacy longer than he's been a pharmacist and hope he "moves" on to another location or employer soon. Good luck to whomever he works for."

"Report your concerns at 1-800- KROGERS!!! Same problems as everyone else- Drive thru always closed, prescriptions never ready doctor called them in on the 12th and here it is the 20th and they are still sitting in processing I asked why? And was told "I don't know". Had to personally go in stand in line for half an hour to tell them to cancel and profile so I could get another pharmacy to fill because the other pharmacy could not reach them. It is really horrible the worst part is seeing all those old ppl standing in line leaning on shelves and carts because the drive thru is always closed."

"This pharmacy ( Siebenthaler location ) is ridiculous and do not communicate. Pharmacist tell people to come back have it ready next day. Not telling doctor or patient the reason. So patient able to get medication. Drive thru closed all the time. 40 people in line during Covid, not social distancing and no order to come back multiple times for nothing. Then to to tell u no it's not ready we cant fill it. Not telling why can't fill prescriptions or reach out to doctor. Everybody in lines states they been waiting and coming back for 5 days. Need new pharmacist I wish I would of got her name she's horrible ..Atleast tell customers what's going on or what need to be done.Phone off the hook never answer. Sharon is the incompetent pharmacist name. Need to be investigated!"

"Would have rated a zero but that was not an option. After using Kroger pharmacy for 20 years I was forced to go somewhere else. After closing the Kroger on Needmore my prescriptions were transferred to siebenthaler Kroger. My doctors would send over scripts and after several days of waiting they would still not be ready. I could never reach anyone on the phone. I would go up to try to talk to someone and the line would have 20 or more people waiting. I waited 10 days for them to fill a blood pressure medication. After trying to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy I finally had to call my doctors to get new scripts to send to the new pharmacy because the new pharmacy could not get Kroger on siebenthaler to answer their phones. I went up to try to get them to transfer my scripts and was handed a piece of paper with their phone number for the new pharmacy to call. After stating they were not answering their phones the girl just looked at me and said that was the only way to transfer my scripts. I tried calling corporate and no one would take my complaint. Horrible customer service"

"While some of the technicians do not seem very customer service oriented, the pharmacists themselves (when you can talk to one) are pretty nice. Phone hold times often exceed 10 mins and it's a 50/50 chance whether or not you will be hung up on when the call is answered. Going to change to a different Kroger pharmacy to obtain better customer service after this next refill, even if I have to drive twice the distance."
