"I tried to schedule two appointments through Facebook messenger with these people. We had a conversation going and then when the dates came up, they read my message and left no response. I reached out to them again with one of the automated messages that pops up asking for more information. His exact response was "Like what we are a tattoo and piercing shop." A simple response indicating they had read my message and were working on the schedule would have been fine, or that date doesn't work for us would've worked too. I was cordial with them the whole time, their response was downright out of pocket. I was very disappointed in their unprofessionalism as I've heard many great things about their work."

Not really a good experience."
