Giant Eagle Supermarket

"Where does the money go that we pay for all the overly priced groceries that they sell here? Not to employees that's for sure. I just went in at 3:30 to pick up a Western Union and the office was dark even though the sign said the office is open until 8 pm. I had to walk several registers down to finally find someone who works there. Eventually I found the girl from the office helping with checkout and the lines were still half way through the store. She had no idea when she would have time to open the office back up. I'd love to never go in that store again and wouldn't if I still didn't need to get my Western Union. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time. Please hire more people. The service here is terrible."

"We went to the deli meat section to buy some sliced chicken. The guy working there got offended because I asked him to please change the gloves he had on. I watched this guy wait on three different costumers before he got to me without ever changing the gloves he had on. To make a long story he did obliged in changing the glove, but he wasn't happy about the fact that I stated that he should be in the habit of changing gloves after cutting meat and then cleaning up. "With the same gkives on before asking the next costumer how can I help you""

"The worst location rude employees their is a rude man that works in the deli has a terriable attitude gets annoyed when you ask for service keeps asking is that all and slaps the deli meats on the counter. Deli closes at 4 pm in the afternoon. Cashier martha is very nasty has an attitude. This store never has enough registers open and a line out the door. Store is dirty and unclean as a whole . No one working seems happy. This is an ongoing problem long before covid . Shut the store down. Macedonia & Solon are a thousand times better cleaner well stocked better produce etc."

"Great selection of fresh produce.  I can always find quality fruits and vegetables. The vegan & vegetarian selection has a wide variety of options to choose from.  If you need a quick lunch or dinner, pick up ready-made sushi, chicken and side dishes. You can even grab a movie to rent."
