"They send out medical supplies for me every three months. Usually it works pretty well. If I want to tweak it—delay by a week, etc—it’s a headache for that month and all subsequent months. I’ve had them cancel an order with no notice because my card on file had expired. When I do have to call, I sift through multiple levels of their automatic phone system, providing duplicate information. When I finally get a person, they ask the same information again. They clearly have a script. I had a simple billing question today and had to hear her go through her script of pulling up the EOB and telling me about things I was not questioning. I finally said I didn’t think she was hearing me and she then answered my question—despite the fact that they have done auto payments from my card on file as recently as last month, she said they will not do auto payments and I will have to call each time to pay my bill. I don’t think this is true because my card has been on file for years but I will switch companies if I have to call to pay every bill. The final irritant—they asked me to do a survey today and rate the following on a scale of 1 to 10. I gave a 5 on the first question only to realize that the scale had changed to 1 to 5. There was no way to go back or to have them clarify the rating scale. I suppose that’s one way to artificially inflate your customer satisfaction scores."
"DO NOT USE. I have had to call every 3 months because Edgepark refuses to run my individual benefits, they only looked at my family benefits. They bill the customer before sending a claim to the insurance, it has been “noted in my chart” to look at this. Yet, every single time I place an order they OVERCHARGE me. I always have to get my insurance involved. Wanting to charge $400-$800+, but when I got my insurance involved to call them I paid $150 due to their incorrect billing practices. Can I give 0 stars?"
"Worst customer service I have ever had. Avoid dealing with this company if at all possible. Major issues renewing an order. I was getting numerous calls a day from them. They never left a message and if I answered no one was on the line. Hoping to switch providers as soon as possible. When I finally called them they wondered why I hadn't confirmed my order. I am recovering from major surgery and definitely an aggravation I did not need."
"This company is driven by greed. They are absolutely shameless. Their markup is (at minimum) 150% over RETAIL!! If the insurance only pays 120% they WILL come after you for their remaining profit margin. Be sure and pack your patience when talking to them on the phone! You have to enter your personal information into the phone system while waiting on hold. Then, go through the process again when they answer. If you get transferred, you do it ALL over again!! Since English is their second language, this is extremely annoying and time consuming, turning a single question into a 15 minute trial of patience. EDIT: I moved my order to a different supply company. Edgepark claimed my responsibility was over $500. The new company sent the exact same products and I paid exactly $106.43"
"Absolutely horrible experience. I got their phone number directly from my insurance to get a breast pump that my insurance covers. I gave my information and had the order placed over the phone. Every single person I spoke to gave me conflicting and/or incorrect information, messed up the order, and insurance verification each time. They put the wrong insurance name, then they put the wrong insurance phone number in the system twice, then they messed up my providers information and again the insurance. I was told that if my insurance didn't cover it I would be liable for the order and wouldn't know until I received a bill of untold amounts. Then I was told that wasn't true so I was worried about affording a breast pump that I should never had to worry about affording in the first place. I've spoken with 4 different people over the last 3 days and as nice as they were, they obviously need to continue being trained or retrained. If this order is messed up one more time I'm just canceling and not ordering from this company because it's not worth the stress or time. I have worked many a customer service job and I understand when mistakes happen once or twice but this was ridiculous. Group your poop Edgepark."
