"The manager couldn't tell me whether they sell a non-ethanol blend of fuel or not. Do they not know what they are selling at their gas stations?"

"Not a fan of the coffee machines, but it's always very clean including the restroom. You can usually get what you're going in there for, they seem to keep well stocked."

"The pumps have the touchless card readers, but why don't they work?? All they let you use is the old style clunky card readers where you have to inset your card...them wait...and wait.. and wait. I'm able to use my credit card using convenient touchless readers at all other gas stations with no problem. I will no longer buy gas at BellStores if they don't fix and update their pumps with modern technology."

"This past sunday October 13th, I stopped in there at the east canton location and got denied the use of my ohio direction card. I got told they dont accept it there. I'm pretty sure any place that sells food items is suppose to accept that card. I left my items on the counter and walked out and notified corporate office. Im disappointed in the service."

"Absolutely the worst. I went there and inserted my debit card and then the machine locked up and could not retrieve my car . I then proceeded to go inside and talk to the cashier (elaine) who then stated she would have to contact the mantaince worker and she would call me when the got my card unstuck. Five minutes later she called back and said they pulled it and broke my card. I asked her if she was out there when they did it and she said no. I then called the assistant manager Alex and she told me to call corporate. I called corporate and left a message. I then called elaine and wanted the maintenance worker who pulled my card out but they couldn't give me that. I asked elaine if she pulled my card out and she stated yes they told me too. Absolutely the worst customer service ever."
