"Worker Alex falsely accused me of “not being me” when showing him my ID. He laughed at my appearance and told me I did not look like the picture I took when I first got my ID picture at 21 (I am now 24) this was an incredibly rude and hurtful experience, he still ended up selling to me, which is confusing because if he truly believed my ID was fake why did he scan it and then continue to sell it? He needs customer service training and perhaps supervision as he is not equip it to make sound judgement over people’s appearance / valid state issued ID."

"Just stop up there to get gas at 8pm and the worker was swearing and screaming at customer because the worker charge the wrong pump. Worker accuse customer of stealing and was threatening to call cops when all she had to do was refund the other customer and charge the customer for that pump. Worker seems out of control and shouldn't be dealing with customers or money."

"Regular weekend customer since Marathon opened YEARS AGO. Mickey Mart cleaned up this place and made it theirs. The previous owners were really friendly but I feel this store is built on honesty and friendliness. Inventory of my cigs depleted so I dont buy them here. Parliament Lights and No longer carry my brand of beer. My mom, who is 86, sometimes wont have to walk all the way inside with her crutches & shaky legs. They see her with the $20s she always prepays with and saves her a lot of time, energy, effort walking inside. Mickey Mart has had some bad apples but since been removed. I noticed a new store manager as well as new staff. Seen manager once. Didnt talk much to me. John & Nicole are amazing and look out for their customer's. Kim is doing an awesome job; I met her twice and she helped me find some beer for my husband i couldnt find while he was watching the browns game we recorded earlier in the day to watch in the evening. I don't go in mornings cant tell how everyone is. Kim is extremely helpful and so is Nicole. John is a superb multitasker and so is Nicole. Kim, John, & Nicole develop great CPR's. I get treatment like a queen depending whos working. Savannah is nice and she gets people out efficiently. She makes conversation and some CPR. When Together are great team if I see any of them together in a blue moon. Sometimes they seem understaffed. Mostly 1 person all the time at night at least. Mostly see the night people. They all work so hard I'm sure. New hours for the winter. Posted hours are in a window not on a door. Put on door so we night owls know you close earlier. Or make more visible/ colored (eye-catching). Store and staff are well groomed and tidy. Bathrooms are kept A LOT NICER THAN MARATHON, that's forsure. Employees give a dang about cleanliness yay. - K.D."
