"For years they’ve had this issue and do nothing about it. On the exit facing McDonald’s, their drive has room for 3 lanes. One coming in, and two going out separate left and right. If sheets painted the parking lot like this they wouldn’t have the traffic issues that they have I’m so sick of this I am going to come up here in the middle of the night and paint it for them"

"We waited almost an hour for two milkshakes. I have never waited that long in a Sheetz in my life. I’ve been coming to this location for nearly 15 years now and it has never been like this. The employees also got mad at me when I double checked that they didn’t forget our order. I think I’ve had it with this place. GetGo also has made to order food and when I go there I don’t have to deal with such awful attitudes or long waits. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I used to enjoy it quite a bit and would visit semi regularly. This year there was a sharp decline in both food quality and customer service. This experience has left me so mad that I’m considering never returning."

"Where did all the old employees go?! Ever since there has been new management everything has been different and not in a good way with the way things are being managed. It went from being a friendly, welcoming place to being a "cold" atmosphere. And the old management made sure they ordered PLENTY of a specific product because they KNEW we were going to buy alot every week! (The orange livewire mountain dew to be exact) but now there's new management and there back to stocking a ton of original mountain dew and barely any of the orange. There was a reason why they had that many orange stocked to begin with. Why change what's not broken? Dont you want our business? You should bring back ALL the old management because they cared about their customers and new what they were doing"

"where did all the old employees go??? NEVER BEFORE HAVE I WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR “FAST” FOOD. I asked for my money back & they said they were working on my order. wouldn’t give me my money back so i waited another 5 minutes. they gave me my chicken halfway cooked. I WENT BACK INSIDE TO AGAIN ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I JUST SIMPLY DID NOT WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING. the lady at the register took another 5 MINUTES TO GO ASK IF SHE COULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I spent $7 no biggie but this woman gives me $6 & i just walked out angrily because id have already been there almost an hour. but seriously. where did the old employees go? to the new sheetz in elyria? because i’ll go anywhere to get served food before going back here. absurd & arrogant workers now. really has gone down hill since i last been here:( sad to say i won’t be back."
