"I went to customer service for a money order. I tried to use for debit’ while it said processing the customer service employee stated we do “cash only” me concerned about it processing & that I used debit before other places. So I asked her will it not go through? Or just policy? She kept repeating in the the RUDEST tone “money order is cash only!!” At least 4 times before I said just cancel it then!! Since my question was never answered yet it still says processing smh. I’m not sure her name but customer service area 2nd register from the door, bigger woman, blonde hair, ponytail, no glasses like the other lady… whomever she is can use more customer training or a talk!! Bye"

"To let folks know- this comment is not directed at the good upstanding people I used to work with here. This is directed at the people who were the problem and not the solution. I only want to say this- working for this location and company- I lost a lot of time to be able to be with family and friends and missed out on key moments of my life that meant a lot to me that I can never get back. I busted my rear for a company that ran me over for everything that I did right. I don't appreciate when I broke my back for a company that gave me a supervisor position with no power and my department being the least paid in the company. Not all of management was responsible for this- and this is not directed towards the ones who had my back. Don't let this company take control of your life making it about the job instead of living your life the best way that you can and should. And if anything- the poor management members are the real problem."

"I love Dave's Markets to the point that, despite living in Canton, if I have cause to go to Cleveland, I'm stopping at Dave's. They have a great selection of interesting products, which can vary from store to store. In particular, they have an excellent selection of Latin American products, especially at Dave's Mercado. Their meat and deli sections are top notch, as is their produce. The only minor quibble I have is that the public restroom needed some attention, but I'm not taking stars off for that because that's not really why I go to a grocer and the building was otherwise clean."
