"I made an appt for a haircut about three days ago through a 3rd party app, which is the only way to make an appt. I was scheduled to be there at 5:40 and around 3p I got an alert that my appt was canceled so I called(my phone routed my call to Nigeria at first) and was passed off to possibly the person who was going to cut my hair. She claimed that she had an AM dr appt that was somehow impacting my 6p appt and that she had tried to text me “from an app since (my) phone had died”. I asked if anyone else could honor my appt and was met with silence. I asked if she was the only person working and she said “no”, but didn’t make the correlation that I was still trying to come in. So I told her that this was the least professional service I have had to date and that they were losing a customer before they even had a chance to get one. Yes, this was supposed to be my first booking with this business. I wouldn’t recommend them at all if you have to adhere to a schedule."

I wasn’t too sure about the newer booking system instead of walk ins when they started during Covid, but it actually works well and I prefer it. I schedule when I want a haircut ahead of time and never have to wait anymore."
