"I'm a regular customer up there along with my wife and our young son. My child loves the worker up there and they are so sweet to them. The other morning I came in and was the first customer there. When they initially tried to charge my card it was just stuck on a spiny circle and didn't do anything so they ran it again and it went through. Later that day we saw we were double charged and called up and they said to call in the morning and speak with the owner. The owner told us we have to dispute it rather than just giving us a refund. I'm sure the cashier remembers me as he told me I was the first customer of the day and it's a charge at the exact same minute for the exact same price. My wife and I both work in retail and management and either of us would refund a customer (especially regulars) and not just tell them to duspute it. Turned something simple into a hassle and it's just disappointing especially with the relationship we have with the store and it's workers."
