"I am writing this review on behalf of my husband because I am shocked at what they did to him. First, he had an appointment on December 21 at 10:15 AM. He received 3 emails and one text message confirming the appointment. He arrived at 10:05 AM and waited until 10:20 AM and no one arrived. He came home and decided to call. They apologized and got him in at 11:00 AM. His haircuts normally take 20-30 minutes. He sat in the chair for one hour while Yianni butchered his head. Let me just explain that my husband is 70 years old and cannot see without his glasses, which he must remove while getting his hair cut. He asked for a haircut that was easy to manage and asked to have it cleaned up. Yianni said “I know exactly what you need.” Obviously not, Yianni! He came home and I was horrified. What the heck is wrong with you and the person who owns this place? How can you be proud of your work? You can clearly see that my husband is older and might have bald spots so why the heck would you buzz his head? He didn’t ask for you to buzz his head like he was going into the army, and you weren’t asked to sculp a statue, just clean it up. AWFUL. Think twice folks especially if you sit in Yianni’s chair."
