"Was a very pleasant experience with the two females that worked the register until we met Bobby. After ordering our milkshakes on the kiosk, extra thick, Bobby finished one vanilla shake, and I immediately noticed it was extra runny. I then told him I ordered extra thick. He blatantly ignored what I said, and continue to make the chocolate shake. I politely went over and asked the females was extra thick, extra money. She told me yes and I gave her the milkshakes and she seen how melted they were. She tried to come over and fix them, but Bobby snatch them out her hand and said he would, but instead of immediately fixing them, he scolded us and told us the shakes were thick enough. I told him I wasn’t going to argue with him please just do his job. From the blatant disrespect, I can tell he has been doing this frequently on the job, disrespecting customers and getting away with it."

"They try keeping it clean here, but it still a filling station. They sell the best kettle fried donuts I have ever had. The staff seems reasonably professional, and they're just next door to speedway, and across from U of D."

"Absolutely horrible service. Went last night for a couple milkshakes. You have to place your order on a computer screen. Once the order is placed you get your ticket and wait. The employees don't speak to you at all, aside from the young girl with her braids flying everywhere screaming out the completed order numbers. Wait forever and ever just for them to get to my order to tell me they are out of both ice creams I chose for my shakes. Meanwhile the employees back there making everything are literally cussing and complaining about having to be stuck on dip side. While there are children in the lobby. Just a horrible overall experience. Do not recommend."

"When you have your own cup you get ice for free in every gas station except for the UDF they charge you $.70 for an ice. It doesn’t matter if you have your own cup or use their cup and look at the toilet how clean they are it’s yucky as hell."
