"If this were only the case, once or twice, I would let it go, bc things happen. BUT I have had regular occurrences of giving this location another chance, & being frustrated & disappointed multiple times! Ever since they introduced the new self scanners, it has been nothing but a headache bc they do not work properly. This will be the 5th time at this location that my items needed to be re-rang!! I am usually on a time crunch due to a busy schedule & have timing budgeted out in such a way that my time is very precious to me & as a result of these machines malfunctioning i have been held up & made late each time. Im a regular aldi shopper & this is an extreme inconvenience & the staff is not empathetic! This just happened to me once again, & the items are haphazardly thrown back into the bags compared to me, bagging them a specific way myself, in addition to the fact I was held up for an extra 15 minutes & I needed that 15minutes today! The cashier also rang up some of my items multiple times & overcharged me. I did bring it to her attention, but it held us up a few more minutes in addition to the fact that the machine was not printing out the receipt and I wasn’t even able to get my final receipt after the paper had already been changed! This seems to be an ongoing issue & this location needs to do better & address the issues w the self scanners & be more cognizant of their customers time. I understand it’s not the employees fault the system is failing but they could use better customer service training &/or more staff & the issue needs to be addressed with whom ever is responsible for the technical issues w their machine."

"If the prices weren't so good I would only give one star due to service. Selection is great they have everything you would need at a great price. I suppose checking out would be great too if you have a card. However, if you have cash it's a nightmare we waited at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged at the cash register. The man working there thought it was more important to sweep the floors than take care of the customers. They need to work on thier customer service in the later hours."

"The parking lot was easy to get to . The store was clean. The shelves well organized and fill with groceries. The refrigerator and frozen foods were well stocked. Self checkout was easy to use. The store is very spacious. I will shop the Shefield store off Abbe Rd and Detroit Rd again."
