"This is the only Burlington I've been to but I love it. There's always a huge selection of unique gift items here that are perfect for holidays or just to treat yourself. The food they have is always awesome. From things I've never heard of to foreign things that are hard to find in the states. The clothing selection is amazing. Spend some time looking through it and I'm sure you'll find something you like. They always carry anime figures from time to time. The figures are all fifteen dollars and that is an amazing deal. Pictured are three different figures I bought from here. Definitely worth checking out if you are a collector."

"My wife and I came in today to shop with our baby during our stay we witnessed a few food items that looked like they had been chewed through by mice. The store was an absolute disaster almost impossible to shop! And to top it off the manager who clearly states he has worked there for 11 years is having a loud verbal screaming match with a customer over a refund. You’d think with 11 years experience he could handle an irate customer over a refund. Here’s some professional advice! Give the customer what you can following the companies guidelines using proper judgement for the issue and if there is nothing you can do or they won’t accept the parameters apologize and say I can’t help with this and tell them what you can do. If that’s not enough and If they’re irate call the police. It’s not hard"
