"I stopped in the Milford ohio location and the lady behind the counter is very rude.I was almost out of gas and all I had on me was 100 bills I tried to get 40 in gas and a few drinks for the road and she refused to give me change because she just did a drop.From now on I will never stop at any Thornton location.She was very rude eyes rolling with a attitude like she was angry about being there."

"The night shift always remembers me and my order. The night last (dark hair w glasses) has found a picture of my nephew and I, also my id I lost! 2 different occasions and both times she saved my stuff for me till I came back! Best customer service from them ALL!"

"This place is a joke. The new lady with the 80's hair and a Karen attitude will be the reason they lose business. She is the kind of person who wakes up every day and say's... "How can I make someone's day difficult for no reason besides making myself feel better." I would go there every day, now I do not plan on going back. She is loud, she is rude, she called a customer an A**hole RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME the other day, the guy did not say or do anything to be called that, I will give him that. She just wanted to make it as hard as possible for him and everyone else. Great job Thorntons! You hired a real winner there!"

"Stopped here tonight for a quick drink before hitting 275 to go home. Got a great tasting Mt Dew and cherry freeze from the machine. Really hit the spot. Bathroom was fairly clean. Inside the store was clean. Guy behind the counter was friendly. Good place to stop."
