I called to try and get some information as to when my card was used to get a time frame and the person on the phone said they wouldn’t be able to help at all. They didn’t even give me an opportunity to finish asking my questions before quickly saying good bye and hanging up."

"I use to go in Das Mart everyday on my way to work. They were all very nice people that worked there. I didn't know their names with the exception of one worker. His name was Jazz he was always so plesent. I haven't seen him in awhile seeings how I'm now retired, but I still stop in occasionally"

If someone complains about a cashier, it is the fault of that individual, not the cashier. I know this because I have a lot of experience with their kindness and professionalism. All I expect is for management to support and stand behind their workers because its up to them "the workers" to keep the store running efficiently."
