"They are usually completely stocked, which is great but don't ever go if you're in a rush. They are pretty slow, and I've never actually witnessed more than 1 line open, even with a lot of people waiting. Also, if you have sensitive ears also don't go. There are a LOT of people who bring in untrained dogs and they bark a lot. Also when checking you out, rarely actually pay attention. They just either talk to other customers or other workers, and it's not always. There are 2 workers I've seen there constantly that work hard. But other than that it's great. I just really don't like going due to it being so loud and taking so long to leave."

"Every time I go to the PetSmart on Princeton Road in Hamilton, OH I am greeted and taken care of by a wonderful person names Sierra. She is so kind, helpful, understanding and professional. "Arrived at my dog's scheduled appointment 9/12 for grooming and after arrival they decided to cancel my appointment & proceeded to tell me that they wouldn't have another one for two weeks. I booked a bath & brush but, because my dog had all of 2 hair knots on his legs they said they could not take him a bath like that. So i said i would be more than happy to pay for a cut as well, but the employee who was doing this service simply did not have time, and i mean 5 MINUTES. Instead of taking 5 minutes to do 2 snips (i had recently cut all my dogs hair off) she thought the better option would be to wait 2 weeks. NO remorse and horrible customer service."
