"2 idiots working, didn't know where anything was. Ordered 1, 16oz malt and 1 16oz shake that we have been waiting for all week as part of our cheat day. Wasted time on frozen sugar milk. Udf used to be the best."

"I visited my neighborhood UDF for the first and most likely last time a few days ago. The only reason I visited UDF that day was because my husband had left my gas hand on E. Of course, I had only planned on getting gas, but I happened to see a picture of a strawberry milkshake on the door as I entered the store. The store was chaotic at best. As the lines dwindled down, I decided it'd be a good time to order that milkshake. After I ordered, the cashier began making my milkshake, and that's when a family of 5, mom, dad & 3 young children) walked up to the counter to place their order. They got the cashier's attention by telling her they all wanted double dip cones. Tell me why she stopped working on my order and began working on their order. Granted, making ice cream cones is relatively fast, but there were also 5 people who wanted double dipped cones, 3 of which were young children who wanted a different flavor for each dip... The cashier could have made them wait until it was their turn to begin with, but even after taking their order, she actually had the audacity to make their order first. One of her coworkers who had just clocked in; happened to overhear the convo and went to grab my milkshake. Needless to say, it took an extremely long time to make the family of five's order, so long that my milkshake turned to milk. The coworker remade my shake, but that was another 10 minutes on top of the 30 minutes it took to wait on the family of 5 who were actually in line behind me. I didn’t even receive an apology; let alone the refund I had for several times. The milkshake tasted terrible. The service was terrible."

"I don't understand the 3.2 rating. The ice cream is good. The only actual issue with the place is the lids never stay on the soda, malts, or milkshakes"

"Im honestly disgusted at the staffs lack of customer service. I went to UDF for the first time in forever. This experience made me never want to go back. When we walked in the woman behind the counter was already being rude to the people in front of us. When she got to take my order she had such a horrible attitude. It’s really frustrating to see this isn’t a first time problem either reading other reviews & the owner replying saying they’ll fix it. Nothing has been fixed. This place clearly needs better management and nicer staff. Never returning here."

"Stopped in to get a peach milkshake and the woman behind the counter was very rude with me and other customers ordering while making my order! Asked if I wanted it made with white milk and I replied, if udf has peach flavored milk, then I'll have that. She looked at me and growled, there is no such thing as peach milk you have two choices white or chocolate Well , yes there are companies that make peach flavored milk. I love udf's peach ice cream, but I'll never visit this store again!"
