However, Great clips encourages signing in on the app. However, when we got there she was #2 and a hairdresser walks up and takes #3. Due to the oversight and even though the app wait time said 7 minutes we waited for 21 minutes for an open hairdresser who wasn't on break. FYI- you cannot depend on the online check in being the correct wait time."
"I feel really bad for leaving a poor review because the lady who cut my daughter's hair was very sweet and friendly, but the haircut is just awful. My daughter sat entirely still the while time, so the cut can't be blamed on her moving. I'm sorry to say I've never seen such a poor haircut in my life. (Notice even the strands of hair that are almost a whole inch longer in the one section) I won't be returning."
