A Plus Crab(Cuyahoga Fls)

"I come here for the original chicken wings and fried oysters. It is one of the best in terms of taste, size, and price. I will occasionally get a combo seafood boil if my cravings are there(they don't have fresh crawfish, ever!), but the flavors and size of their shrimp and crawfish is good. Also, another plus for their everyday happy hour. Service is always good."

"Stopped by because hubby knew I loved seafood. Seen they had Happy Hour in 10 minutes from when we were sat and asked the server to hold off putting in our order so we can take advantage of it. 30% off ALL appetizers and 50% off drinks. Server was AWESOME period. What made it a one star? The attitude whoever it was, manager or owner, was disgusting when we questioned why the oysters weren't 30% off when it's an appetizer. Apparently we were supposed to automatically know that since it was separated from the other appetizers (which was all fried and they're not), they were not included. The look, attitude, actions, etc he had when no longer wanting to discuss it was unacceptable. If something is not included with the specials, make an asterisk with a notation about it in small caps like everyone else! And have the audacity to give US an attitude because they failed to give any kind of indication. I'm sorry people haven't been ordering your oysters so it hasn't been a problem to where your realized you needed to let all future guests know. Will NEVER visit again."

"I ended up ordering anything that had the word, "fried" in it which i don't think I'll do again. Too much fried food can ruin a palate. Definitely coming back again to try other items on the menu now that i saw what others had."

"We usually stop and get A Plus Crab for pickup once a month. Last month we got a bad potato in our bag that I bit into. We figured it was a mistake and didn't turn it into a scene. Tonight we picked up our monthly A Plus Crab, when we opened our bags, our crab legs were brown (not your typical pinkish red) and they bent like rubber they were so soft. We couldn't break into them and if we finally were able to break one open the meat was very minimal and had to scrape the leg to get it unstuck from the inside of the leg. We called to complain and told them that everything else was fine and it was just the Crab legs that were not edible. Out of 5 clusters only one was edible. We were told to bring them back up and they will only remake the Crab legs for us. Not worth the 25 minute drive back. They did not even offer a refund just for the crab legs since the rest of our food was edible! We will not be spending anymore of our money at A Plus Crab anymore. Awful experience."
