"The drive through is a TRIP. Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes, as they can only take one order at a time from ordering at the speaker to driving away. Don't go inside, it is a disaster. Workers are rude, will not acknowledge you, and make snide comments right to you. My daughter loves TB so we end up here about once a week. Have had three separate nightmare visits, where I have called to speak to a manager. No answer in the building. Emailed through the website, never a response. It is what it is."

"Worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells. Been here multiple times, everytime giving them another chance because my order is always wrong. Every time I return for it to be corrected only to be met with attitude and like I am the problem. All I want is the food I order and pay for. I'm not asking for much, they arnt huge orders. Just a basic order with forgotten or incorrect items. Show my receipt, get scoffs like I caused an issue. Very unpleasant customer service. I get things happen, but come on."

"Very rude. Mobile order breakfast and went to pick it up. Was told that they were bought out of breakfast and didn't have it. Then proceeded to tell me I have to go online for a refund. The app is a joke and the manager is rude kept hanging up then answering and setting the phone on the counter. UPDATE: My fiance decided to give them another chance. We ordered on the mobile app again. We waited in the line to tell them we had a mobile order. It took 2 different people to confirm our mobile order. We get to the window and get our food. I tell her to confirm our order before we leave. Lo and behold we are missing a deluxe box. We call with no answer so we go back through the drive thru. They say "oh no you only ordered one" making us go to the window and show her our mobile order showing 2 boxes. The entire time we waited she said nothing being rude as can be. Only go here if you want problems"
