"Very nice little park. The spots are the widest I have ever seen in my 3 years of full timing! Easiest back in ever. They have 50 amp and water (no sewer) so perfect for the night. Very nice owner as well."

"This is a great campground. Jeff and Kerrie make you feel like a neighbor rather than a customer. When we pulled in the first night, Jeff was waiting for us the guide us in and helped us set up. After a couple of nights I developed a leak under the sink and Jeff wouldn’t let me call a mobile tech ($279) and we fixed the leak. (Tightened the fitting that typically works loose when traveling)"

"This is a new R V park . Jeff is in the building stage and is doing a great job. At this time There is only water and electric. All sites are grass and almost level. Jeff is one great guy that will go where he needs to to make you happy. He is in the process of getting sewer lines run in and connected. We only stayed one night as we were traveling , but could have stayed a week by the way we were treated."

"Happened upon this new, start up park close to the jeffersonville factory outlet mall. I hope the owner, Jeff continues to develop it further. Our site on the grass had 50 amp service and water. Since we were only staying two nights, not having a sewer hook up wasn’t an issue. It was a quiet, clean, well maintained location in the middle of farmland. We wish him well!"
