"This is a perfect spot for peace and quiet. There is a place to put a kayak or canoe in the Grand River. Previous comments stated it was a long walk, but it's really not that bad. Fishing is good here, keep in mind steelhead season brings out ALL the fishermen."

"Great place for fishing and bird watching. The place is do quite, I enjoyed the nature and the beautiful views. Not that crowded, but there are no actual trails. You can follow the walking line hikers or fishers created to get to the river. I will try to visit another time when summer hits to see the how different the park will be. There are only couple parking spots, so I don’t recommend going there before you check google maps."
