"I absolutely love the Y! I love using the gym but I absolutely love the after school care! The staff is wonderful with my daughter and she love them. She enjoys going there after school and during her breaks, some of her best friends are friends that she’s made at the YMCA."

"Picture this: it's a Sunday afternoon you arrive to location at set time to set up for your son's 5th birthday party. However it's a Sunday so they are closed. I wait a bit, no one shows up. I walk over to the 24 hour gym and knock, they look at me like I was CRAZY. All I was trying to ask was if they knew a number to get ahold of to see what's going on. Someone finally gives me a number to call.. number was disconnected. Cool, so what's next? My sons friends are set to arrive soon.i text all parents to ask if they could meet at McDonald's for a party instead because the worker never showed up. ( was paid in full month prior) finally after I make the arrangements to move the party... the worker shows up...late just when the party was about to start so no set up time! Holding a bag of mcdonalds. The worker decided to go to McDonald's instead of showing up at the agreed appon time. Thankfully, my son had a blast with his friends. But was so stressful. Never will I recommend the YMCA for a birthday party."

"Tried to come in with my brother in law for his physical therapy. The front desk lady wouldn’t let me come in as a guest, wouldn’t let me buy a day pass, wouldn’t let me have a military pass, nothing. She was happy to turn me away and was incredibly rude. I would love to submit a formal complaint."

"I have been a member of this YMCA for over 20 yrs. I enjoy my workouts, they have handicapped accessible equipment and looker room for my use(am in wheelchair). I am so looking forward to getting back to the usual hours and am excited for when the fitness center goes 24/7."
