"I placed an order online at the Hallmark website. Chose to pick it up at the Little Green Apple Hallmark store. I drive by it on my way to and from work. Because of illness I couldn't pick my order up till this week. I told 2 different people at the store who answered the phone, that situation. I for the last 2 days have tried calling the store to let them know that I am coming for my purchases today. Their phone constantly goes right to voicemail. No one answers it. I am going to stop there on my way home from work today. Very frustrating that I can't get in touch with anyone at this store!"

"I want to preface this by saying, I come here often. A very rude and inconsiderate employee offended me for a second time. The first time this summer, she told us that it was not okay to press the stuffed animals because others would buy them. This is how my 6 year old son gauges if he likes them or not; which then we can purchase for a special occasion for him. Then today she didn't even greet us as we walked in, and told us that we can't press the stuffed animals because others would buy them. Then as we were walking around the store she asked me, in a rude and extremely offensive way, "If I was babysitting my son." This was said because he dropped one of the stuffed animals on the floor. She said he stepped on it. I have spent lots of money at this store and I am going to take my business elsewhere because of the direct culture that this woman is creating. She alluded that I was, "babysitting" my son because he enjoys coming to the store to see the new seasonal items. I am extremely offended. This is not good customer service and creates an environment that is not shoppable and reflects bad on this Hallmark store."
