"Rude."

"The ONLY reason I’m giving one star is because I have to - the pharmacy and pharmacy staff is the worst I have ever experienced. I originally called to place my refill order for my medication and spoke with Mia - I was inquiring about having my medication automatically refilled and she proceeded to tell me they could not do that and get extremely rude and unprofessional, when I asked why - she gave me the run around and finally refused to refill my medication - at this point I became extremely upset and frustrated with her demeanor and attitude, when I tried to proceed with the conversation, then she informed me they were “out” of my medication and hung up immediately on me. After calling back 3 times, I was finally able to get through to the pharmacy yet again and spoke with the “manager” Margarita. After expressing my frustration with her and informing her about her staff, and what had just happened, she told me that is not what happened and her tech never said they were out. I had asked SEVERAL times if they were on a recorded line or if the calls were monitored and told her if so, it’s all documented verbally that I was DENIED my medication and was told they were OUT OF STOCK. Margarita then informed me they WERE NOT OUT OF STOCK, and she would proceed with refilling my medication. After going back and fourth with Margarita about her staff and trying to express to her the way I was treated, she totally disregarded everything I had to say, and I was being completely ignored, & disrespected as a customer. Margarita then stated to me - they did not have to fill my medication and I could go else where. I have been getting my medication from CVS for years now and have NEVER experienced service such as this before. It was completely and utterly shocking at the way they handled this situation, and treat the customers. There are not enough words to express my level of frustration. The entire pharmacy is poorly ran, extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and simply an embarrassment. CVS - PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!!!!"

"MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED!!! DO YOU REALIZE HOW LONG IT TOOK. YOU MUST BE SOME LOW LIFE JOKER TO PLAY SOME TRICK LIKE THIS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELVES"
