"Pulled up about 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time, the parking lot was absolutely empty, so I was relieved to see that the store was still open. However, when I walked in, NO sign of any employees. It sounded like both of them were in the back - the stockroom. No one bothered to greet me, no one bothered to ask if they could help me with something. I had a very specific need and I was left to search the hundreds of cards they have on display. Had I wanted to steal something I could have easily done so, because no one gave me any attention.... Perhaps that's why there weren't a lot of people in the store; they do not appear to be very committed to customer service. Not surprisingly, when it was time to pay, someone was available to take my money for these overpriced cards, and I finally had an opportunity to ask about what I was looking for..... They did (finally) help me find it, about 10-15 minutes late. If you love to go out and shop..... browse around w/o being bothered, this might be the place for you. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, there might be better options. DISAPPOINTING"

"Went to Hallmark in hopes to find a card for a gay wedding. They had all of two choices for each male and female. The card isle at both Kroger and Meijer had more choices. I'll pass on Hallmark next time I need a card."

"First time visiting. Store is in a nice strip mall in a very nice retail area. The store is about average size for a Hallmark store, with a wide variety of items. Wife and I were the only ones in there at that time (early on Wednesday afternoon), and the female employee was friendly but not pushy. Worth returning to!"

"I love this store! I was looking for Christmas cards for my grandson's ages for 4, 4, 2 and 2. I couldn't find any so someone in the back for me to ask a girl up front and she'd be able to help me. Her name is Sarah G. She went through the cards that were in the drawer and found several cards for me. She was extremely patient and very helpful. Whenever I need a card, I always go to this Hallmark Shop."
