"Picked my ring cluster ring up today I dropped off on the 1st that was to be sized to a 6 1/2 from a 5. The sizing was great, and great timing, except it couldn't be engraved because it wasn't thick enough, fine. Went to Lowes in Maysville to finish Xmas shopping, and before I made it half way home in West Union Ohio I noticed it had already lost à diamond from the center of the cluster. I bought fiance's ring from Traxels & had it engraved with no issues. Just mine missing a diamond within an hour of getting it back from Taxels. So I give them one star. I only asked to be sized and engràved not lose a stone within an hour of having it baçk Íd póst pictures thart are Google time stamped but it won't allow me. So I'll never use them again . When I get my wedding band picked out I'll go somewhere else too have it engraved."

"Drew why is it when I purchased my wife's wedding set seven months ago, I was told by the clerk to bring it by anytime for them to check the settings and a quick cleaning. We stopped by there this past week and was told they were too busy and we would have to leave it there and it should be ready in two or three days. Mind you this was not a repair visit. That's not what we were told when I bought the setting. By the way the first set the diamonds kept falling out. When we decided to get a refund the clerk sold us an upgrade and at the time stated they have had a lot of issues with the first set and no longer set that particular set anymore. It would have taken just a few minutes to check and clean the ring and would have saved us another trip to your lication."
