Walmart Pharmacy 2281 U.S. 68, Bellefontaine, OH 43311

"I have been using this pharmacy for about 7 years now and in my personal experience with being a long-time customer of Bellefontaine Walmart Pharmacy, I have NEVER had any issues with the service or staff that work there. They are all very pleasant and once every month I look forward to seeing my Sweet and favorite cashier Pharmacy Man and him greeting me with a smile and asking me all about my day. They are ALL so friendly and they really do try to help u the BEST that they can. And if they can't they will TRY to find someone who can all the while being very polite and respectful. 9 outta 10 Recommend. (It's a 9 only bc I HATE the hour lunch at 1 pm when the whole place is temporarily closed. I feel like they should have shifts or something so it can stay open for ppl that NEED their medication but the only free time they have to pick it up is during the hour that the pharmacy is closed for lunch break... That issue is not the staff's fault tho. So if I as to rate just the staff and their work behaviors and Performance, then that's an easy call, 10/10 Highly Recommend."

"The employees doesn't even do a good job at self check out, they rather be on their phones, than help a customer. Very rude and unprofessional, I had a employee try to grab 2 girls attention and they ignored her and played on their phones about my question."

"I tried to pick up my prescription Monday afternoon at 1:45. The pharmacy was closed! This is terrible business! There are no " out to lunch" hours listed anywhere. The customer service desk had no idea why the pharmacy was closed at that tI me either."

"Sitting here drooling blood in a lot of pain and they are taking so many before me. Gauze in my mouth it's 303 dentist called them around 1. Once I got here they were on lunch. Went home and came back. Been about a half hour now. Oh ya and I had to call dentist to have them talk to the doc because they still haven't checked their voicemails. So mad. In pain. Not helping."

"Maybe when you see that your selling a lot of insulin novolin you should order more so you don't run out it cost money to drive into your pharmacy to get it try being ahead of the game a little more quit being so stupid!"
