"The man who cut my hair did a terrible job, probably because he was on the phone through a lot of the haircut. Didn’t ask questions about my reference photo, or follow it at all. He asked what I wanted, when I pulled out a reference photo and start talking he cut me off with an “OK” swiping the clippers. He started the hair cut with my head up and sideways while I was showing him a photo of what I wanted. No warning or preparation. Also cost double what was advertised"

"Haircut scheduled for 9:00am, but the shop doesn't open until 11am or is 12pm cause online, and the website are two different opening hours. Wasted my time getting up early, won’t be returning."

"Great salon. Lydia is extremely talented. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut my hair. LGBTQ+ friendly. I always feel super sharp and when I get compliments walking down NYC streets every day… that’s when you KNOW, your hair is FRESH. Parking is easy. The place is super laid back and their app is SO easy to schedule appointments. It’s a clean and professional environment but also super friendly. The prices are so affordable. Warning: If you start going here- you’ll never go to another barber or salon ever again."
