"I haven't even made it back home yet and I needed to review this place right now!!! I had to check the reviews myself first because I'm not from here and the only other experience that I've had at a beauty supply store since I've moved to Ohio was trash! It was in Akron and it was real "hurry up and buy!" type vibes. But the lady who helped me out in this store was God sent! She was extremely patient even though I walked in there about 40 minutes before they were about to close. She asked what I was looking for and what my budget was and she managed to give me exactly what I needed well within my price range. I won't say too much more but the experience was wonderful and this is one of the few places that I will actually miss when I leave Ohio! In short: Selection A+ Pricing A+ Customer Service A+++"

"I had the pleasure of shopping here this morning. There was a bit of a rush but the lady working (I believe she's the owner) was incredible! She touched base with every single customer in the store. She had knowledgeable product recommendations and was on it. She helped me find shades of synthetic hair to match my natural color. It's a color nobody chooses so manufacturers don't make it. The selection was beyond what you'll find in other supply stores that don't specialize in hair. The prices were so affordable I walked out with many products I had sitting in Lists at online retailers. I easily would have spent double or triple anywhere else. I cannot recommend this store enough! When I have hair needs this is the destination I'll head to first."
