"I was so sadly disappointed by two interactions that I've had with this establishment. They are located in the same building as my doctor and I thought...How convenient! In December, I went in and there were three stylists sitting on the entrance couch. I smiled and I said that they had a beautiful, clean salon. No one acknowledged my comment and no one greeted me. They just looked me up and down. A couple of them were sitting surfing the internet on their iPads. A blonde just stared through me. I asked if they had a business card that I could have. One of stylist said, "What do you want it for?" I explained I would like to schedule a hair appointment. A young girl obliged me and I took the card. I said that I wished their new business luck and I recieved NO RESPONSE! They were so smug and cold! I thought perhaps they don't want males at their salon or I didn't meet their standards. So today, I went in and once again there was a stylist sitting on the couch. There was no greeting and I asked if they took walk-ins. The woman said, No, only appointments. I said you have a nice salon and once again no response or good-bye. For a salon that serves Mogadore, Springfield Twp. and Lakemore, they are acting way too aloof for their clientele! I was sadly disappointed and I shared it with my doctor and his nurses next door."
