"I go to Great Clips at coventry Commons. I reserved a time online and walked. The first thing was they were rude. I'm not sure why? Well then finally lady takes me back. She was not nice and experience of 32 years does not show it. It literally took her 10 mins to cut my thick hair. No thinning no shaping and charged me 18 dollars. I will never go back to this location unless you get anew manager and crew. Attitude is everything."
