"Jaime did my hair and I really thought we were on the same page with how chunky I wanted my highlights and where at I wanted them but she made my hair more brown than black and the highlights are barley there and the pieces I wanted framing my face are black not even highlighted how I asked and I had to come back to get my hair recut due to it being uneven and not the style I wanted.
