"I use to love coming here until I realized I was being ripped off and for a blotchy job at that. I know you can’t satisfy every person ever but I felt rushed everytime I went in that place. They want their business and to get you out the door in 30 minutes for a 50-60$ job. And their pedicures arnt good compared to the place I go to now. My place actually takes their time with you & doesn’t rush you out the door. You guys need to do better service and hospitality if you want more customers to choose your store over others. You can’t just rush people especially when they pay a lot of money for your service. Care a little more for your customers. And if you’re going to rush customers then you should do a better job. Countless times I had blotchy spots and paint all over my skin. They go too fast to the point it doesn’t even look good."

"Garbage. 0/10 on attitudes. Either book directly with Kim if you can ignore her low vibration energy, or choose another salon. When the man does a bad job, she will NOT make it right despite the signs posted about returning within 2 days. This is a place you expect in a bad neighborhood not in Willoughby Hills. They for sure charge like they're in Willoughby Hills. Literally read the reviews and only go here if you have zero other options and feel like having a bad day."

"Walked in and had a seat on the couch. I sat for 20 minutes without anyone saying hi or acknowledging that i was even there. I walked up and out. A simple hi goes a long way. On the plus side- i left and found a random little nail boutique in willoughby who greeted me and were friendly and quick to get me in."
