Then I got a call, they said they were not willing to put bleach on my roots and they would use there own lightener i wanted to see how this would take because of my dark hair, but they were not willing to do test strands . I get a call from the manager Egene, telling me that i don’t know anything about his line of business and that he has over 40 years of experience, and said i’m probably not a good fit for them ! Waste of time, could feel the discrimination in the air ."
