"Spent $119 on a two strand twist & it was sloppily done! Given a completion time of roughly an hr & a half, i was hitting past 2hrs. Stylist had multiple natural heads all time consuming. Gave me a kids style 2 strand twist & Im an adult. Folks please consider another natural hair salon! Im fine with rules but your stylists need to be upfront & on time w clients! First impression left a bad imprint. You dont take a job & mess over a person's head! A common courtesy to reschuedule would be better, so the alotted time can be given to the client's needs!. The rules are the rules narrative is becoming cliched. A stylist took payment, a rush service was done. Owner, who wasnt friendly upon entrance/ didnt speak , gets on a month later to respond to a review to discredit a patron! The dissatisfaction was indeed communicated to the stylist who I choose to not name on the Google platform w no rectification. I dont understand trying to intimidate/buck at a customer (s) who arent happy with the service & they have paid. The patron took the dent in his/her pocket, not House of Locs, a $119 that couldve been used elsewhere."
