"Had been going on and off to this salon for over 20 years. Missed 2 appointments and the owner scolded me at my work place. Spent a lot of money and referred many people to his salon. Made him $$$ . He didn't know if there was a death in my family, or if I was sick. He was upset because 2 hours were set for me and his daughter didn't make her money. unfortunately ungrateful attitudes. A shame how small businesses. That are family owned act .Could only walk away how nasty. Also tipped way over each time . He needs a reality check."
