"First let me say that the salon was clean and the staff was super friendly and it was a happy atmosphere. Their prices are fair/average with other salons in the area. However, I went on a Saturday and it was extremely chaotic. Two other women had their hair done between my hair dye and hair cut and it was the opposite of a relaxing experience. Maybe it is different during the week but this was my experience. Devon was my stylist and she was very kind and experienced. She picked a color two levels up for me and I think it was overall a good choice, but when I paid for a full color I was expecting her to put it on more than my roots and around my neck. She also cut TWICE of the amount of hair off that I asked her to. I sat in the chair (she cut the back first, it was too late) in complete shock. It was almost enough hair to donate. I have no idea how to style it and here I am two weeks later, super upset and hating hair that will take months to grow back."
