"I have been with Rinatta Youseff for 5 years even with she was with European wax center in rocky river. And followed her to salon lofts in westlake. Prices for eyebrows have got up a lot. We canceled one time she was going to charge us 50 dollars to get rich. Then she gave us another chance, didn’t charge us. We were stuck with the car that broke down, called her to cancel she reminded us that she will charge us 50 dollars for not canceling within 24 hours. We have given her gift cards for holidays, and brought her Starbucks coffees and we were a client for over 5 years. All she said was she is busy with other clients that she would still charge us 50 dollars for her cancellation policy. God forbid you have to cancel if it’s not 24 hours, you will be charged 50 dollars. Nobody else does that. Don’t go there."
