"Very deceptive practices happening within this company. The Black Friday giftcard sale was purchase a $300 gc, get a $100 gc free. After over a week no $100 giftcard. So I called said the free giftcard comes sometime next year after the holidays. Wait ... What?! How about putting that in print with the sale? I'm sure nobody is ok with that, specifically not being made aware. Nor should a call need to be made to ask where the giftcard is! Just wow Aveda/Headquarters. Sounds like a scam to get people to buy giftcard! Still waiting to hear from corporate ... won't hold my breath!"
