I asked for specifically 2 inches off the sides and 1 inch off the top and the hair in front of my eyes and the lady cutting my hair continued to cut my bangs. She cut off about 3 inches until I had to tell her to stop. It’s extremely frustrating when they don’t listen to your basic and easy instructions."
