"I keep seeing on their website that various items are available, "Geno's East frozen pizza" or "Soybean Oil" but no such thing exists in their stock. Do they think I'm gonna' say,"Oh well, I'll just buy something else!" Been walking out empty handed lately."
"I made an 11am appointment online for an oil change. I needed to get some groceries too, so i thought it would save me time. When you make an appointment you are locked in for a one hour time slot, or so i thought. I was informed it woul be a little over an hour, so I shopped for an hour and a half. When I returned to get the car I was informed it would be at least another 30min. They had taken walk-ins and started them before my car, despite the fact that i made an appointment. Dave at the counter was great, and kept me informed, so i wasn't going to take it out on him, but this is horrible customer service. My time is valuable, as is for everyone else, and I feel you wasted my time. I was treated as just another number, not a loyal customer who came to you for help. A discount or reimbursement would have been justified."
