"I had my highlights done here about a month ago. I took so long to review because of debating on leaving a review or not. I wanted to contact the studio to find possibilities of fixing this instead of review but this was already 5 hours wasted. I have a baby, work part time and go to school full time. 5 hours is not something I have to waste I had highlight done by Macey, I was very open about colors but what I received was nothing but brass. She told me at the end of the session after washing a couple times it would lighten up. It did not, I have heavy chunks of yellow and orange throughout my hair. Some of the highlights are close to 1 inch wide in places. The root color she placed is also awkwardly slapped on, notthng is blended. It's very awkward and makes me very sad. I'm getting the courage now to find time at night to attempt to remove the root color and possibly go over the highlights."
