"Drive all the way there 6:20 pm on a Friday night, sign said they close at 8 pm Google says 8 pm the doors were locked, the worker said through the window we're closed?! Either update your hours or open the door. Disappointing"

"Not gonna lie typically when I go into this location it’s a train wreck. I’ve walked up to handwritten signs on the door saying “B back at 5” when it was a little past 6, I’ve walked in to the employee sitting Indian style on top of the counter texting on her phone appearing to be recovering from a rough night/morning, and I’ve dealt with employees play arguing behind the counter going back and fourth with can you move so I can check her out.. no.. okay fine then you check her out.. no you do it.. I can’t if you are in my way.. etc as I stood at the counter patiently waiting for these children to act a little more professional so I could pay for my stuff and head home. Honestly it was some what comical listening to how they would answer customer questions because they just never knew what they were talking about… like the time they told someone 10, 20, and 30 volume are all the same. So I was pleasantly surprised to walk in today to a warm welcome by the lady at the counter and a true professional sharing the knowledge of his craft, that even I felt comfortable asking AND TAKING his advice on removing unwanted tones from my hair. So to whoever you had on the schedule today, 9-15, between 6-7pm, thanks for a much different but better experience. Appreciate ya."

I have to say the sales associate loni was amazing, she answered all my questions and helped me pick out a awesome hair straightener . I even left the store with a couple extra items. I've been a customer service for over 20 years , just want to praise loni for the amazing job she is doing!!!!"
