"My child was bit by another child not once but twice. When I asked staff about the situation they didn’t know that she had been bit or when it happened or who bit her. I was frustrated with that and when I spoke to the owner she blamed my child for not being able to tell them what happened. My child is speech delayed and 2.5 years old. I find it completely ridiculous to pass the blame onto my child for not being able to communicate. My child no longer goes here."
"Erin and her staff are incredible at Junior Explorers. The level of thoughtfulness and care everyone there has for my children is a dream. My husband and I can both work everyday with the peace of mind that not only are our children safe but with people that genuinely care for their well-being and happiness. I also love the art projects my son comes home with and the hourly updates of feedings, diaper changes, etc."
